Coach
Richard Jones
A fun, motivating PT with a BSc in Sports Science and over 17 years experience. He has a unique approach to training with fitness as his passion.
He blends strength, conditioning and bodybuilding for functional aesthetics. He has run a variety of Ultra Marathons, enjoys Surfing, Snowboarding, Basketball and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).

Grace Povey
Grace believes exercise should be fun and challenging, focusing on compound movements to build strength and improve mobility. She is a strong believer that exercise and nutrition should be combined to create the best results and allow clients to achieve their goals in a way that is sustainable and positive.
